Remote/Looking for someone in San Antonio TXPosition Overview:This position is primarily responsible for maintaining product availability and merchandising products in compliance with company standards at all designated accounts and Industry Channels (National accounts, independent accounts serviced through our area Bottling partner, CR stores and FSOP). This includes negotiating with assigned area customers with regular visits and constant supervision/monitoring cold and ambient product placement, building displays, updating POS, maintain clean and organized back-room, scale with appropriate channel commercial lead any account requests and or area partnership events. Meet customer service expectations through daily communication, problem solution and appropriate follow up. Maintains professional, team relationship with co-workers and customers at store level. Full product and industry channels knowledge is required. The ideal candidate works under limited supervision, is constantly looking for area opportunities to keep Brand development and growth, works hard with a service attitude, is a self-starter, and is looking to be a part of an exciting, innovative company that’s making a difference.The position is a contract role with strong growth potential.Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):• Report directly to local area BDL and sales manager, commercial directors and bottling area partners.• Act as an enthusiastic advocate and ambassador for the Brand.• Work independently and remotely organizing daily activities effectively.• Maintain and develop in-store / sales team relationships.• Ensure product OBPPC strategy is on accounts and available in all designated areas of the store and channels with proper signage and favorable shelf placement (Follow planograms were available).• Maximize sales while keeping expenses to a minimum (within budget guidelines and KPI’s)• Enhance retail presence by building, setting, securing, and moving in-store displays and placing point of sale materials.• Responsible for Channel POS strategic execution (check/position/follow up with point-of-sale materials and seasonal campaigns).• Responsible for proper product rotation at designated accounts and complying with proper product rotation standards for product freshness and quality (Product freshness).• Deliver timely reporting daily, including any notice of pricing, out of stocks, surveys and Repsly reports.• Attend sales live and conference calls in a timely manner and following call rules and company policies.• Foster relationships with store managers in an effort to sell-in more space for Topo Chico at accounts where opportunity permits and following appropriate channels.• Become a subject matter expert and advocate to share key product messages and encourage Brand purchase intent.• Organize if possible and permitted product areas at back rooms of stores and accounts to condense and rotate products each time visiting accounts keeping areas clean and tidy at all times.• Responsible to collaborate with local sales manager, bottling partners, commercial directors and field marketing Team, identifying areas of opportunity within assigned geography• Responsible for servicing the route assigned (12-16 stores per day); subject to vary based on market and area activities.Requirements:• Must be able to work flexible hours, with at least 95% of time spent visiting stores; sometimes weekends and event supervision and monitoring is required.• Must live in and have a strong geographic knowledge of the market.• Access to a reliable vehicle with valid driver’s license and insurance.• Prior sales and channels experience a plus.• Proven ability to self-manage a workload and communicate proactively.• Organization and planning skills.• Highly self-motivated and proactive.• Excellent trouble-shooting and problem-solving abilities.• Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal/written) with the ability to interact effectively internally as well as with external contacts.• Energetic and confident when engaging with consumers, sales, and store managers with a service attitude.• All final candidates will be asked to complete a background check including driving record, education, employment, and criminal records.• Open minded and adaptive to change• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office reporting.• Repsly tool and use required (onboarding on Repsly available when Hired).• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.• Must be able to climb stairs/ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and reach with both hands and arms repetitively throughout the day.• Must have good vision (close, color vision, peripheral, depth perception, adjust focus).• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively throughout day.• Must take care of Storage area Deliveries and inventories (load or unload POS materials).• Must be willing to adapt to various environments including but not limited to: Extreme cold(coolers), grocery stores, enclosed spaces, high places (second stories/stoops) and dusty areas.
