Job Description:

This role will be responsible for working directly with business users as the team gathers requirements and completes design, to enable the release of a multinational implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (expertise in Interaction Studio, Datorama, Journey Builder) .
This role is responsible for coordinating with business stakeholders to understand the business requirements, to develop high quality functional and technical design deliverables that clearly articulate the Marketing Cloud solution, and to provide technical expertise for Salesforce Marketing Cloud in conversations with business users.
This role is also responsible for performing impact analysis of the changes as per the business requirements, presenting the technical solution to Architects and for transitioning the technical solution design to development team for building the solution.
The role is comprised of two main elements: requirement gathering, discussion definition, documentation, and handover to the development group, and review of completed effort, to include demonstrations to the business stakeholders, user testing, and a iterative design effort to complete work in time.

Function as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Architect (Interaction Studio, Datorama, Journey Builder) with responsibilities to :

Provide Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Digital Marketing expertise to solve clients problems and transform their digital customer experience

Experience in working (ability to configure and customize the solution) on Interaction Studio (Evergage) and Dataroma for Customer Data platform and marketing transformation

Build client specific solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform leveraging product capabilities, Salesforce ecosystem and available tool options.
Collaborate and work closely with various internal groups to bring best of TCS.

Lead interactions with client personnel during requirement gathering, solution design and prototyping sessions.

Lead Salesforce development team with little or no direct supervision.

Provide advice on best practices and approaches to the team and the client.

Manage tasks to schedule and budget.
Strong knowledge of enterprise issues related to IT architecture.

Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Customer Experience is a must

Exposure to other CRM Tools such as MS Dynamics, Siebel, SAP CRM, DMS, Digital technologies (Good to have)

Knowledge of Automotive, Industrial equipment CRM implementations (Good to have)

Must have executed at least 2-3 full life cycle Salesforce implementations

Must not have only project management or resource management experience

Responsibilities:

Technical architecture of Marketing Cloud and Salesforce platform

Play role of Salesforce functional expert on projects

Advise leading global manufacturing clients on CRM / CX strategy, IT product evaluation.

Lead teams for business blueprinting workshops

Lead CX consulting assignments which involve SFDC cloud solutions.

Develop use cases and guide technical teams for POC / solution development, test case designs, and certify solutions before handing over to customers

Lead research in CX / Digital CX and publish papers in global forums

Work on pre-sales for identifying and converting business consulting and IT implementation opportunities.

Qualifications:

Experience of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solution design and integrations frameworks.

Experience of Salesforce.
com configuration and release management.

Salesforce.
com certifications are highly preferred

Knowledge of related enterprise systems, CRM, SFA, and ERP
