Summary
The Sales Representative interacts with both potential and existing customers. Establish and promote good relationships between customers in multiple territories.
Responsibilities
- Provides support to the inside sales team with accurate specification capture and competitive information provide exact amount of quote, and order timeliness.
- Travel within the sales territory to meet with prospects and customers, conduct face-to-face meetings daily.
- Follow up on quotes and convert to orders, while understanding market competition.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
- Keeps records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts.

Requirements
- Independent, Self-Motivated, Goal-Oriented, Enthusiastic and Team-Oriented.
- Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement experience is a HUGE Plus!
- Should have strong outside sales experience selling to manufacturers in the wood industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn order systems, with general math proficiency.
