Scrap Yard/General Labor 1st Shift Rotating Weekends Apply
General Labor position to assist with separating the scrap and placing on conveyor belt to be shredded, place on carts, other duties as assigned. Position will be in the dayshift covering a 8 -hour work shift, 6-7 days a week (6:00 am – 4:30 pm) rotating every other weekend depending on the task at hand The work will take place in the open environment and the candidates must dress according to the outdoor elements. PPE gear will be provided (safety glasses, safety vest and a hard hat). Work steel boots and long sleeves are a must. The candidates must also participate in our safety orientation BEFORE they can begin their employment and they will get paid for the time spent in orientation. English is a must.
