Job Description:
Certified Scrum Master with minimum 4 years of working experience managing one or more scrum team
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT industry with strong technical acumen
Should be able to understand the technical dynamics and guide and remove impediments of the technical personnel
Mandatory to have hands on knowledge on JIRA, Confluence
Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals
Exposure to Insurance industries and terminologies is preferred
Coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders during all project phases, from initial development through implementation
Ability to independently manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects
Full understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.
