Job Title: Scrum Master

Duration: 6+ months
Job Description:
You are responsible for
Assessing and leading scrum team, organization and coaching to higher level of maturity
Facilitate agile team ceremonies, participate and contribute to daily synchronization meetings
Removing impediments for the team with tenacity and urgency
Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
Facilitate with your team the estimation and planning for creation of useful, reliable, and practical plans for next Program Increment and support Product management Team in high level estimation of the product roadmap.
Being involved in cutting edge technology, development, and quality practices, driving continuous improvement, and mentoring the teams in these areas
Encourages collaboration between teams, ARTs, Suppliers, Architects, Engineering, Marketing, Q&R etc.
Assists Project Managers/ Owners, System Architect, and stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment.
Contribute outside the team to standardize new ways of working.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- 5+ years of experience as a scrum master, in the IT infra industry
- Familiar with Agile Scrum methodologies in Hardware
- Familiar with Agile tools (Microsoft Azure DevOps) and practices.
- Self-starter, quick learner and ability to work in a global team setting
- Behavioral competencies: change management, Business Insight, Customer Focus, Plans and Aligns, Optimizes Work Processes, Develops Talent, Manages Conflict
- Experience with servant leadership, confident and inspirational, able to convey goal and purpose, while encouraging self-organization
- Experience in Cloud Transformation / Migration and Infrastructure Deployment / Refresh Project will be added advantage
