This position is open for Bilingual candidates who are fluent in FRENCH and English. CSR Position. Candidate will work 3 days REMOTELY and expected to report 2 days to the office. Training and equipment will be provided upon Initial HireMonday- Friday 9:30am-6:30 pm. •High School Diploma or equivalent•Minimum of 1-2 years related experience in a Customer Service/Call Center•Intermediate computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office Please feel free to call 210-727-4819 for additional question or informationPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Help process routing activities in the human capital management system • Process inbound Tier 1 Associate Service Center (ASC) interactions from customers via both phone and email to include general inquiries• Use computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting• Respond to inquiries• Actively redirect customers to self-service options as appropriate, teaching them how to be self-sufficient in use of direct access tools/portal• Perform proactive outbound follow-up communications• Execute tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures, including data entry transactions in Workday or other systems
