Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Business Support Division (BSD) within our Power Systems Operation.
BSD handles all Power Systems current investment and joint ventures.
As the primary candidate you will be responsible for conducting Joint Ventures (JV) financial statement reviews, conducting performance financial Due Diligence, Monitoring and Issuing JV performance and KPI Reports/ Dashboards, and reviewing Joint Ventures investment Business Plan and Operating Plan.
You will be also supporting the cooperate board members for issues related to the current investments for all board related activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Joint Ventures (JV) financial statement reviews.
  • Conduct performance financial Due Diligence.
  • Monitor and Issue JV performance and KPI Reports/Dashboards.
  • Review Joint Ventures Investment Business Plan and Operating Plan.
  • Support corporate board members for issues related to current investments for all board-related activities.
  • Review Joint Ventures' future capital growth and propose potential investment.
  • Interface with various corporate organizations, such as Legal, Corporate Finance, Human Resources.
  • Mentor, develop, and provide expert guidance for young workforce.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Economics or Finance is required.
    Minors in Accounting or Statistics are desirable.
    A Master's Degree is desirable.
  • 12+ years' experience in a multinational business or international finance.
  • Strong background in financial management and analysis, commercial law, taxation, investments, banking, and foreign exchange is required.
  • Professional experience with computerized financial systems is desirable.
