They're looking to hire a Senior Full-stack Software Engineer, who will be part of the entire software development life cycle. You'll be working with C#/Scala/Groovy/Kotlin on the Back-end and React/TypeScript on the Front-end. One of the main functions of this role will be contributing to the visibility of important applications and processes. In order to excel in this position, you must be skilled in selecting the best tool for each task. You'll be configuring A/B tests aimed at refining their products for the best possible user experience. Another vital objective is ensuring the durability and reliability of the existing code. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, implementing applications on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years professional software engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of C# or Scala
- Skilled in another JVM language, such as Java, Groovy or Kotlin
- JavaScript and TypeScript expertise
- Prior experience with React or other JavaScript framework (Vue, Angular, etc)
- Experience implementing applications to AWS/similar cloud providers
- Passion for creating new products, utilizing API's and data
- Willing to share ownership and product direction
- Knowledge of agile programming methodologies
- Desire to work in travel industry and have/will obtain valid passport
