Senior Integration Engineer Apply
The Trading Risk Controls Group is at the center of all electronic trading across the firm. Our software is embedded in the firm's trading engines to implement real-time controls, trading risk management and regulatory logic. The application stack is comprised of C++ libraries embedded in Equity and Fixed Income trading engines, KDB out of band calculation and analytics engines, a series of standalone C++ processes and a series of C#/WPF based UI's.
The role combines solving complex business and technical problems. Technologists in the group focus on the development, coding, testing and deployment of critical, extremely low-latency trading control software in the above technologies. These systems are integrated and embedded across numerous trading flows. This person partners closely with the Risk Management, Trading Desk and multiple Technology teams providing best in class solutions. This is an integral hire to the team due to revenue generating opportunities and Regulatory Mandates.

Role Profile:
- Responsibilities include coordinating with other internal technology teams to build, test, and implement exciting new functionalities and to improve existing infrastructure.
- You will execute and oversee IT change management processes within the team
- You will work as a hands-on senior technologist in our Trading Risk Controls team.
- You will be working closely with electronic trading desks and risk management.
- You will participate and have opportunity to influence the design of our next generation of controls system.
- You will be learning about trading systems and electronic trading while working with best in class technologists.
- We work in a team-oriented global environment, so strong communication skills are required.
Desired Skills:
- Strong Linux/Unix skills
- Scripting skills (in Python, Perl, Bash, Ksh or similar)
- Understanding of Financial Markets, electronic trading, FIX message is a plus.
- SQL skills is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. We need someone who interacts well and is comfortable in a trading floor environment.
- Need to handle pressure well.
