Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering, instructional design, education, training, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2-4 years of mechanical technical experience with maintenance equipment.
Experience managing multiple low to medium complexity learning solution projects simultaneously.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) required.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Divisional and Site Leadership, Learning Partners, Learning Consultants, Subject Matter Experts to conduct training needs analysis.
Design and develop effective learning solutions to address identified training needs.
Manage learning solution projects of low-to-moderate complexity.
Incorporate feedback from learning evaluations into future activities.
Assist with logistics for in-person or virtual training sessions.
Prepare accurate, timely metrics to assess progress against learning objectives.
Participate in project teams as required.
Perform other learning and development related duties as necessary.
Note:
Part-time role (1-3 days per week or as needed based on business needs).
This is a senior-level position that requires strong mechanical engineering technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
