</p> <p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a Senior Multivendor Site Engineer who has a leading, coordinating and supporting role regarding technical topics and solutions within a network implementation organization.
</p> <p>The job role is used for wireless network deployment and can be adapted and used for managing all implementation services e.

, Network Design, Site Acquisition, Civil Works, Installation services etc.
Responsible for management of activities and personnel both from This Company, Customer and Suppliers according to This Company requirements and Customer contract.
</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Be responsible for RAN Site Engineering, RAN Site Solution, RAN Site Installation, defining and designing solution offerings, and driving end-to-end technical solutions.
</li> <li>Work with the team on a list of potential activities and solutions.
</li> <li>Develop technical presentations and proposals and perform customer presentations.
</li> <li>Support deployment of RAN Site Solution.
</li> <li>Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing.
</li> <li>Engage in RAN Site Engineering discussions with customers and internal teams.
</li> <li>Support consultation teams for RAN Site Engineering, Site Solution, Site Installation.
</li> <li>Work in a multi-vendor and operator's environment.
</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Education: minimum bachelor's degree in engineering (Telecom).
</li> <li>10 years of experience in mobile telecommunications.
</li> <li>Domain experience: RAN, RBS/Node B, IP RAN, TRS.
</li> <li>Experience in a mobile operator's environment.
</li> <li>Experience in RAN multi-vendor products system such as Huawei, Nokia, ZTE.
</li> <li>Experience in RAN Site Engineering, RAN Site Solution, RAN Site Installation.
</li> <li>Excellent leadership and coordination skills along with internal and external stakeholders.
</li> <li>Ability to work well under pressure.
</li> <li>Good interpersonal skills.
</li> <li>Good communication skills in English.
