For this role at our client, assignment is contingent upon the Employer of Record’s receipt of sufficient proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (meaning two weeks have passed after the last injection of Pfizer/Moderna or two weeks after receipt of the J&J). In some locations, testing for COVID-19 may be available and/or required. Requests for accommodation will be considered pursuant to applicable law.Lead a cross-function team in the development and execution of Immunoassay clinical studies and related collateral generation in close partnership with the country and global assay marketing.•You will act as an Immunoassay project manager facilitating clinical and analytical assay performance studies of new systems/assays in early adopter sites to support marketing materials.•Manage a cross-function team that is responsible for the development of marketing studies and delivering marketing assets to promote product launches.•You will develop clinical studies to meet customer needs messaging and monitoring strategies•You will be assuring study timelines are met and result in quality deliverables.•Responsibility across multiple immunoassay product lines/disease states•Development/management of customer collaboration scope of work (SOW) per contract, quality, and budget•Develop site/ monitoring tools and work close with lab personnel to assure targets are achieved.•Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Local marketing managers.•Demonstrates deep knowledge of internal and external protocols and procedures.•Assist with preparation and execution of Investigator meetings and other site training programs.•Communicates with CROs, Vendors, and/or study sites as necessary to support the study.•Review of Monitoring Reports to identify deficiencies, adequacy of issue escalation and issue resolution•Organize study related meetings; take detailed minutes, decisions, and action items. Hold team members accountable for deliverables. Lead in a collaborative, engaging manor that brings the highest performance out of team members.
