Shift timings:Time Sheet Type StandardTime Sheet Frequency WeeklyHours per Day 8Hours per Week 40Key Responsibilities• Review Sales orders based on assigned BLs to determine timeline for delivering purchased items.• Allocate skilled and local resources for onsite and/or virtual events as needed for initial training and all follow up training needs.• Work within CRM tool to provide transparency to both internal and external partners• Maintain data within SAP with relevant information• Assign, create and manage notifications in advance of assignments to align with business needs• Maintain field staff PTO calendars to ensure proper staffing needs on a weekly basis• Reserve equipment needed for workshops events• Complete Revenue Capacity reports• Properly process and manage workshop registrations, approvals and attendance as needed• Manage cancellation and penalty conversions when required• Work with modifications group to appropriately schedule resources to fulfil training obligations• Collaborate and coordinate CEC scheduling and creation of CRM notifications.• Verify education allowances, backlog as requested by both internal and external stakeholders• Provide support for Innovation Leads and assistance as needed• Continually review and understand education portfolio for assigned BL• Cross collaboration with other BL to ensure appropriate scheduling for multi-modality situations.• Provide assistance to Sales partners as neededSkills• Successfully allocate and maintain field productivity as set by business• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of portfolio deliverables to successfully provide customer proper usage of training options.• Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of organization's business practices and issues faced and contributes to problem resolution of those issues
