Job Title: ServiceNow Architect / Lead Developer Our client has an opening on our team for a ServiceNow Architect / Lead Developer (Full Remote). Analyzes requirements & configures the tool to meet them: after receiving requirements and designing solutions. Implements and tests the solutions - initially in pre-production environments - then migrating them to production upon successful testing. Performs as subject matter expert and technical lead for the Service Now platform: Consults with key stakeholders to obtain requirements. Provides recommendations. Develops sound innovative solutions that may entail developing ServiceNow workflows, scripting automation, designing and/or modifying user interfaces, or a combination of all of the above. Provides senior level technical guidance to other team members. Requirements: Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, and App Engine to include scripting, platform configuration, design, and deployment Experience with developing in the ServiceNow Portal Experience with developing solutions across the ServiceNow platform to use automation and integration capabilities of ServiceNow, focused on leveraging business services with out-of-the-box capabilities Experience with providing technical leadership and training, performing peer code reviews, and ensuring the development team follows best practices Experience with working from beginning to end in laying out the product roadmap to provide guidance and present options to our team. Preferred Skills: Experience with ServiceNow Platform applications (Virtual Agent, Portal, Flow Designer, AI / ML ) Experience with any of the following: ServiceNow Glide Stack, JavaScript, XML, Bootstrap, AngularJS, AJAX, HTML, or CSS Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies (SAFe) and participating in the software development life cycle (SDLC) Experience with creating quick proof-of-concepts for the customer Experience with coordinating between cross-functional teams ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, ServiceNow Developer, ServiceNow Certified System Admin, ITIL Foundations, or higher Certification preferred
