  • Has Knowledge & understanding of HR functions, processes, and best practices
  • Proficient in understanding of HR best practices related to ServiceNow HRSD and technical components including Case and Knowledge configuration in HRSD
  • Experience in creating business and technical design specifications for implementation of the ServiceNow GRC module application
  • Hands-on in HR Service Creation, configuring Case Management, Employee Service Center, Enterprise Transition & Onboarding
  • Experience in implementing scripted Web services in ServiceNow, SOAP, REST, and integrations with external system
  • Excellent in documentation, verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with teams across geographical locations
