• 5+ years of experience on ServiceNow Platform
• 1+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITOM Service Mapping implementations
• Should have experience developing Tag Based Service Maps, Bulk Import and manual single service map
• Should have good understanding of ServiceNow CMDB Architecture & Discovery
• Understanding of Public Cloud architecture - Server Hosting, Application Hosting, Discovery
• Understanding of Windows Scripting, PowerShell, SSH, SNMP
• Ability to discuss credentials, troubleshoot permission issues, discuss and trouble shoot network connectivity with network engineers
• Acquaintance with Web and Application Servers, Load Balancers, Databases, and Virtualization (WebSphere, MQ, IIS, Apache, VMware
• Knowledge of protocols, i.
