SHEAR OPERATOR JOB DESCRIPTION: Not inclusive
Essential Duties and Responsibilities but not inclusive
??? Reports to Area Lead and Shop Manager
??? Set-up and operate a 4??? and 8??? Shear
??? Moving materials to/from machines and operating handling equipment as necessary in loading
materials onto the machine
??? Perform work independently based on assigned tasks
??? Must possess strong commitment to Safety
Qualifications
??? Ability to operate shear efficiently and maintain normal production accordingly
??? Effectively read blue prints and plans
??? Attention to detail and sense of urgency
??? Prior experience in a shop environment
??? Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
??? Longevity with previous employer
Experience: APPLICANT WITH EXCEPTIONAL APTITUDES MAY BE CONSIDERED FOR TRAINING
Shift: ??M-F 7:00 AM ??? 3:30 PM
