Cor-tech is hiring Shipping Picking and Packing Agents to work at our clients location in Williston, VT.
What to know about the Shipping Picking and Packing Agent Position:
Pay: $16
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM (NO WEEKENDS)
SHIPPING PICKING AND PACKING SUMMARY:
The Shipping Picking and Packing Agent is responsible for picking and packing orders with a 99.5% accuracy rate.
SHIPPING PICKING AND PACKING ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Picks and packs product accurately
• Maintains an organized, clean work area
• Keeps Picking and Packing errors to minimum that meets company standards.
• Maintains excellent communication
• Responsible for GMP and quality of product
• Have a positive can do attitude
• Well organized and able to handle multiple task at times.
• Always looking for continuous improvement/efficiency
• Self-Motivated who can work with minimum supervision
• Make shipping lead aware of any Inventory/location issues
• Ability to complete other duties as needed from shipping lead

SHIPPING PICKING AND PACKING SKILLS:

SHIPPING PICKING AND PACKING PERFORMANCE METRICS:
• Pick and pack 300 orders per month with a 99.5% accuracy rate
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The employee must be able to lift up to 50lbs consistently. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee is frequently required to walk and to evaluate product by handling and/or feeling. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This is a fast paced, moderate noise level environment in a facility which manufactures products where the following allergens may be present: milk, eggs, fish, peanuts, wheat, shellfish, soybeans, tree nut, and gluten.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma plus one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
