CorTech is seeking to hire a Shipping/Receiving Specialist for our client in Glendale, AZ!

Day Shift - 7AM to 3:30PM
Some OT is required and Must be approved by Client manager
Subco Bonus Program to 3k, and a change in the pay-out structure:
• $1k at 14 days w/perfect attendance;
• $1k at 60 days
• $1k at 90 days
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S
hazmat, export, packaging electronic components, ESD handling
Validates accuracy of receipt of items for shipping, prepares items for shipping, creates, or assembles packaging per packaging instructions processes, prepares, and processes shipping paperwork for carriers and customers using SAP/Process Weaver and supports loading shipments in trucks. Supports admin work for shipping/receiving reports, filing and distribution. Shipments may be for export or Hazmat. Supports inter-departmental transport of materials when required.
Supports receiving area with unloading trucking. Recording receipts in SAP or directing packages for further processing. Reports damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement, and record-keeping purposes. Supports inter-departmental transport of materials when required.
Must be a US citizen with no dual citizenship. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years' experience. Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, procedures: including international import/export, Dangerous Goods, (HAZMAT) paperwork, SAP/Process Weaver for shipment processing and Microsoft Office. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager and/or gets work direction area lead.
Special Considerations: Lifting is generally at or below 30 Lbs. without significant repetitions. Moderate exposure to machinery, chemical, biological, and physical risks is anticipated. The operation of a Powered industrial pallet jack & forklift is considered at least Industrial and may be considered Heavy as determined by other exposures.

• The minimum level of education required for ISC assignments is High School diploma/GED.
