Job Summary
Coordinate the vendors on projects within the Lead Hazard Control Department, specifically areas of work related to executing, and getting results for various lead-based paint inspections. Prepare inspection schedules and supervise routine inspections that are carried out at regular intervals and in conformance with inspection standards. Provide technical consultation to Vendors Inspectors. In addition, to support in documenting, maintaining and enforcing policies, procedures, systems, and applications to meet City and Agreement compliance requirements.
Assignment Duties
- Performing XRF Inspections, Dust Wipes and reports
- Monitor project progress by staff and/or contractor
- Ensure smooth interface and project communication
- Support LHCD in documenting and enforcing policies
