</p> <p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p> <p>We are now looking for a Senior Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, design and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions based on the customer specifications and business needs.
He will lead technical discussion and negotiation with customer.
He is also responsible for short and long-term profitable business for This Company by being part of or working closely with the Core 3 team who will translate the customer need and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solution, and proposals.
He will support and give a consultancy during requirement analysis, high level design phases, and implementation phase.
</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Be responsible for scoping, defining, and designing solution offerings and driving end-to-end technical solutions.
</li> <li>Analyze customer technology, define business requirements, and participate in risk analysis.
</li> <li>Work with the core team on a list of potential activities and solutions.
</li> <li>Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations.
</li> <li>Support deployment of the solution and provide feedback to R&D.
</li> <li>Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing.
</li> <li>Stay abreast of new technology/technical areas and share information about solutions to enable customer competence to build.
</li> <li>Lead technical discussions with customers and lead a team to provide radio network services.
</li> <li>Work in a multi-vendor and operator's environment.
</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Education: minimum bachelor's degree in engineering.
</li> <li>Minimum years of experience: minimum 10 years of experience in mobile telecommunications.
</li> <li>Experience in leading a team to provide radio network services in many operators.
</li> <li>Domain experience: radio network design and optimization or related areas.
</li> <li>Experience working as a solution architect in radio network.
</li> <li>A senior solution architect candidate is assessed according to the following tracks: Network Optimization/Network Design.
</li> <li>Experience with other vendors.
</li> <li>Experience working with many operators will be an advantage.
</li> <li>Ability to work well under pressure.
</li> <li>Good interpersonal skills.
</li> <li>Good communication skills in English.
</li> <li>Good leadership skills.
