Solution Lead Presales Apply
Experience in developing solutions and selling IT Services including Datacenter, Network, Security Services, End User Computing, IT Service Desk and Technical Product Support. Primarily uses an Onsite-offshore delivery model.
Responsibilities:
- Farm the existing TCS accounts in North America geography to grow revenue
- Contribute in the acquisition of new logos within North America
- Grow IT IS revenue by $10M-$20M per annum
- Complete ownership of strategizing, conceptualizing, planning and designing RFP/RFI responses for IT Infrastructure Services Products / Technologies
- Collaborate with an internal team of solution architects, R&D, CoEs, delivery and pricing teams to ensure relevant solutions, proposals including the financial models are developed for TCS clients
- Prepare the scope of service, do effort estimation, differentiators, articulate value additions, financial models, structure service level agreements, integrate the process maps for the proposals
- Continuously build insights and best practices across deals
- Provide thought leadership, solutions guidance, and subject matter expertise
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure including in IT Solutions / Bid Management / Pre-Sales support
- History of collaborating closely and effectively with delivery, operations, and practice teams in building solutions
- Demonstrable experience of managing IT outsourcing pursuing and successfully building solutions and providing pre sales support end to end deals
- Global experience / mind-set
- Experience in Energy, Resources, Oil & Gas, Utility, Power is advantage
- History of collaborating closely and effectively with delivery, operations, and practice teams in building solutions and competency building scenarios
- Expertise in data centers, storage, hosting, tool technologies
- Deep understanding of industry trends, concepts, opportunities, threats & constraints
