Description:

Looking for support specific to Tempe – If they are in the Tempe area, great. If not, solid remote recruiter is needed.
Focused experience with technical and/or commercial roles.
There may be some flexibility in the rate for the right talent

We are looking for recruiters who have proven experience recruiting for multiple functions, including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, and Field Service roles.

PAY RATE RANGE: $40-$50/hr; willing to go higher for the right talent, that checks all the boxes!!

The recruiter in these roles will build positive relationships with hiring managers, consulting and serving as a talent adviser to ensure their hiring needs are met.

Education & Experience:
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree and 5 years of recruiting experience or 8 years demonstrated full cycle recruitment in lieu of a degree
• In house recruitment experience strongly preferred
• Previous experience with TA Technology platforms including ATS (Workday preferred) and CRM (Yello preferred)
• Prior experience supporting one or more of the following disciplines: Technical, Engineers, Commercial Operations functions (medical device, scientific or other regulated company experience preferred)
• Proficiency with using social recruiting
• Organized and results oriented and demonstrates a sense of urgency & high responsiveness.
• Demonstrates business maturity and is influential & customer focused with strong prioritization skills
• Experience with MS Office applications (i. e. MS Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Ability to independently source & engage with qualified passive candidates.
• Proven track record to demonstrate solid attention to detail
• Self-starter and highly motivated with the ability to work with teams and autonomously as needed.
• Ability to navigate and deliver in a matrix environment where ambiguity can exist.
• Comfort in speaking up or escalating when support is needed.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills required
• Solid understanding of current federal/state regulations related to employment (i.e. EEOC, OFCCP).
