Pay Rate: $27/HR


Talent Management is seeking to onboard a highly motivated individual to support our Career Development team. This role will be accountable for the coordination and administration of Career Development program. The individual will be doing a lot of data entry and reporting.

The successful candidate must have and maintain a high regard for personal accountability, attention to details, and understand the critical importance of superior customer service. The candidate must promote a positive work ethic in support of our Corporate Values and Mission.


Qualifications:
--Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or other quantitative field of study (or a related field).
--Two or more years of relevant employment experience in HR.
--Excellent presentation, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
--Strong organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail required.
--Demonstrated high-energy level, flexibility, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments while working under tight deadlines.
--Demonstrated professional demeanor and confidence dealing with all levels of management and union personnel required.
--Ability to be discreet and to handle sensitive and confidential information.
--Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise discretion in handling internal and external contacts with tact and sensitivity.
--Excellent hands-on experience and proficiency Microsoft --Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, etc).
--Functional knowledge of HR Systems and informational technology.
