Candidate must be local.     Additional details (city, state):               Estimated Duration 04/04/2022 - 09/30/2022 Description Role: Behavioral Health Salesforce Administrator Specialist  About Us On April 8, 2019, Governor Jared Polis directed the Colorado Department of Human Services to spearhead Colorado's Behavioral Health Task Force. The mission of the Task Force was to evaluate and set the roadmap to improve the current behavioral health system in the state. Among almost 150 recommendations, Task Force members voted unanimously to create a new Behavioral Health Administration (BHA). The BHA will be the first of its kind, working across all payer groups to measure results, hold providers accountable, and improve access. It will be empowered to lead change, to publicly hold itself and its stakeholders accountable, and to take advantage of every opportunity to ensure Coloradans feel a sense of improved quality of life when they intersect with our system. It will be instrumental in achieving the vision to have a comprehensive, equitable, effective continuum of behavioral health services that meet the needs of all Coloradans in the right place, at the right time, to achieve whole person health and wellbeing. Description of Job This position serves as a Salesforce Administrator on the Data and Evaluation Team supporting the Licensing team existing LADDERS Salesforce applications as a part of day-to-day maintenance and operations as well as configuring new solutions. This position would work as a senior member of a highly collaborative team that assists with prioritizing and completion of work, which includes, but is not limited to: system maintenance, support, reporting and configuration, and training and documentation. This position is also expected to act independently in analysis, evaluation, and applying judgment and action to address issues concerning application functionality or user interfaces. This position will also mentor less experienced members of the team.  The technical support work for the Salesforce Administrator position will be focusing on the following tangible work products: Complete User Maintenance including adding new users, amending existing accounts, checking system permissions on user profiles, determining and creating data rules. Data management to include managing data coming into the program to include data coming in from the DataLoader tool. Building Reports and Dashboards that expose the wealth of information from data in Salesforce Customize and Develop the Pages and Views the users need (adding Picklist Values, amending Page Layouts, creating assignment rules, and much more). Producing the required training materials and documentation to support users in completing their work. Testing new code and directing the User testing of new code. Assisting in the deployment of new objects and changes to the system, participating test cases and package development.    Primary Duties Include Complete User Maintenance including adding new users, amending existing accounts, checking system permissions on user profiles, determining and creating data rules.  Data management to include managing data coming into the program to include data coming in from the DataLoader tool.  Building Reports and Dashboards that expose the wealth of information from data in Salesforce  Customize and Develop the Pages and Views the users need (adding Picklist Values, amending Page Layouts, creating assignment rules, and much more).  Producing the required training materials and documentation to support users in completing their work.  Testing new code and directing the User testing of new code.  Assisting in the deployment of new objects and changes to the system, participating test cases and package development.  Develop a deep understanding of the organization, its strategy, constraints, and goals in order to generate unique solutions to the problems at hand.   Leadership and Facilitation Support BHA in growing their capacity for HCD by demonstrating value, organically growing buy-in and integrating human-centered practices strategically throughout the organization. Share knowledge, techniques, tools, patterns, and expert advice with colleagues, partners, and the public. Technical ability to communicate with Information Technology professionals. Working with both the Data and Evaluation team, and the Licensing and Designation Teams Mentor and coach colleagues and partners who are taking on new tasks and roles. Minimum Qualifications, Substitutions, Conditions of Employment & Appeal Rights Education and Experience Education: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree.  Substitution: Additional, relevant, paid or unpaid experience can substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Experience:  At least five years of experience working with salesforce applications. Salesforce Certification Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the product delivery lifecycle using modern software development practices such as agile or lean.  Preferred Qualifications The preferred candidate will exhibit: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Self-motivated and able to effectively manage time and tasks. Ability to solve complex problems, participate in continuous improvement, and adapt to the ideas of others.  Highly Desirable Characteristics Experience with advanced Excel formulas or databases Experience with basic programming  Unemployment Insurance program experience  Detail oriented, enthusiastic self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team   Salesforce At least 5 years of experience working with salesforce Proficient (4-6 Years) Yes
