<p><strong>Jira Administrator</strong><br /> <strong>Owings Mills, MD 21117: Onsite Day 1: Hybrid Model</strong><br /> <strong>6 + Months</strong><br /> <br /> <strong>Onsite Day 1: Hybrid Model: 3 Days Onsite Per Week!</strong><br /> <br /> The Sr. Jira Administrator will be responsible for supporting Jira Server and Atlassian cloud products, such as Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Access.<br /> <br /> <strong>Description:</strong><br /> Familiar with Agile and Kanban development frameworks and project management<br /> Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues<br /> Able to demonstrate experience supporting technical users and conduct requirements analysis <br /> Can work independently with minimal guidance & oversight<br /> Experience with IT Service Management and familiarity Incident & Problem management<br /> <br /> <strong>Required Technical Expertise</strong><br /> 3 years' experience managing and configuring Atlassian products (Jira Software, Jira Service Manager, Jira Automation) on-premises and cloud based<br /> Experience with Atlassian Market place add-ons such as Zephyr Automated Test Suite and ScriptRunner<br /> Demonstrated proficiency with scripting and automation (bash, python, other programming languages)<br /> <br /> <strong>Preferred Technical Experience</strong><br /> Experience automating manual tasks<br /> Experience with Agile processes and other tools in the space (Rally, Trello)<br /> Experience with identity management, SSO, and license management<br /> Experience supporting custom and third-party software integrations into a SaaS platform via API<br /> Experience with large platform migration efforts<br /> <br /> <strong>Interview Process: Two rounds, both video, 45 minutes each. </strong><br /> First round will be a work experience and behavioural interview <br /> Second round will be a technical screening <br /> <br /> <strong>Disqualifiers:</strong><br /> No Jira experience, no individual project management experience, not being able to explain how to manage problems, and no experinece with administering, upgrading or migrating products.</p>
