If so ... keep reading!</p> <div> <div> <p> </p> <div> <div> <p>The Senior Manager of IT Trade, Sales & Distribution will play a strategic role within our IT organization in the creation and implementation of standard processes and tools for technical design testing release management systems support and resource planning. This role a business facing role that will engage with leaders across the Commercial Sales organization to understand the key business drivers. As a senior manager you will be directly managing business/technical analysts that span across multiple disciplines. Top candidates for this position will combine strengths in process definition and optimization technical design governance strategic planning people leadership and project management.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Responsibilities: </b></p> <ul> <li> <p>Inspire and lead a team of IT analysts through a growth and continuous improvement mindset</p> </li> <li> <p>Define implement and manage processes and governance in the areas of technical design testing release management and support transition</p> </li> <li> <p>Facilitate resource planning in partnership with your peer managers for the technical resources across our organization</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead the development of strategic roadmaps in partnership with business stakeholder and technology architecture</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead the definition of key performance indicators KPI in relation to systems management and prepare and report out on dashboards around our key metrics</p> </li> <li> <p>Invests in regular and ad-hoc coaching sessions providing near real-time performance feedback.</p> </li> <li> <p>Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations</p> </li> <li> <p>Initiate open and candid coaching conversations at all levels</p> </li> <li> <p>Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail</p> </li> <li> <p>Proactively anticipate stakeholder needs and develop and discuss potential solutions</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><u><b>Requirements</b></u></p> <p><b>Education: </b></p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in management information systems MIS Computer Science or related field</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Experience: </b></p> <ul> <li> <p>8+ year of industry experience in Information Systems or advanced degree</p> </li> <li> <p>4+ years progressive experience in a leadership role</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong financial acumen in leading transformation programs across process, technology and people enablement including delivery estimates and quantifiable value case</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience in successfully leading diverse teams in configuration and implementation of SAP S4 Sales & Distribution (Order Management, Pricing), SAP S4 Vistex/Trade Management (Pricing), and understanding of EDI processes and functionality, understanding of Trade Promotion Management functional processes such as Trade Agreements, Trade Accruals, Trade Payments/Settlements</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels of the organization</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent leadership and people skills</p> </li> <li> <p>Skilled in Project Management using a variety of system lifecycle methodologies</p> </li> <li> <p>Understanding of SaaS solution implementation approaches as well as cloud development tools and techniques</p> </li> <li> <p>Understanding of AWS, GCP and Azure Cloud tools</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Special Skills: </b></p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience having worked in ambiguous environments where you have helped bring clarity and predictability through the use of processes standards and governance</p> </li> <li> <p>Proven ability to mentor and develop team members to grow their impact on the organization and achieve their career goals</p> </li> <li> <p>Project management experience (e.g., creating business cases, resource planning, risk management, budgeting, project planning, and execution)</p> </li> <li> <p>Track record of building strong relationships with leadership peers and partners in order to collectively deliver on our overall organizational strategies</p> </li> <li> <p>Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to operate within complex situations break them down and work with others to define the path out.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong presentation skills.</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Computer Skills:</b></p> <ul> <li> <p>Significant experience utilizing MS Excel and PowerPoint</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Communication Skills: </b></p> <ul> <li> <p>Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally with customers, peers and management required.</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Supervisory: </b></p> <ul> <li> <p>Yes</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Travel:</b></p> <ul> <li> <p>Some travel may be required; amount of travel will be determined by individual project requirements.</p> </li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div>
