Our Richmond office is currently recruiting for an individual experienced in recruiting & common HR practices. This is a contract position supporting a state government agency.

This position is on-site in Richmond, VA.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Duties/Responsibilities:
Conduct full life cycle recruiting for position authority wide, including sourcing & identifying qualified candidates using both proven & outside of the box techniques to attract and retain a diverse workforce.
Provide professional guidance and direction to hiring managers in creating ads to post and where to post to ensure the best quality pool of candidates.
Review resumes against the requirements of the position and preferred qualifications discussed with the hiring manager.
Coordinate and actively participate in the interview processes.
Conduct reference checks and verifications.
