• The Senior Designer, Industrial Design is senior creative contributor in Industrial Design, applying knowledge of Design to assignments of moderate to high complexity • Provides highest quality level creative solutions/deliverables that meet or exceed the project’s stated objectives • Originates and develops ideas to design a product, an interface or a brand experience • Evaluates design ideas based on factors such as aesthetic appearance, design-function relationships, serviceability, sustainability, materials and methods, methods of production, market characteristics, fit to target group and client specifications • Integrates findings, concepts and sketches into compelling designs and presentations • Fluent with 2D analog or digital sketching for early concepts, to evaluate proportions, details, and surface geometry • Expert computer skills and 3D proficiency with surface/solid modeling and rendering software (e.g. Alias, Rhino, SolidWorks, Keyshot, Adobe Creative Suite) • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design, Transportation Design or equivalent • Work experience: 5-7 years of Industrial Design, Transportation Design or equivalent
