JOB DESCRIPTION :
This position is for Sr. Advanced software engineer for Flight Controls program working on C919, B787 and CFBW programs. This position will be responsible for developing Flight Controls software and will be engaged throughout the entire phase of software development life cycle for C919 and B787. This position will be working with the Program team on CFBW programs to understand their requirements and will strategize to develop Core software solutions to cater all program needs and play an integral role in the software development.

•Software development and Integration
•Model based development system design
•System Integration
•Feature Definition
•Customer Support
•System Verification and Validation
•Ability to code in multiple languages
•Analytical skills & software development skills

YOU MUST HAVE
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
•Minimum 6 to 8 years Embedded Software Development Experience
•Due to ITAR restrictions must be US Citizen

WE VALUE
•Strong Aerospace embedded software development experience
•Programming experience using C
•Assembly language experience
•Experience with Microcontrollers and hardware interfaces
•Experience with DO-178 B/C
•Knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices
•Diverse and global teaming and collaboration
•Effective communicator with a wide degree of creativity and latitude
•Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
•Can quickly analyze, incorporate, and apply new information and concepts
•Ability to consistently make timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness
•Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
