Job Description
Possess 12 - 15+ years' experience in implementing manual and automation testing.
Responsible for coordinating, planning, tracking and measuring the end-to-end test progress by various testing parties
Owns governance related to Test estimation, test processes
Standardize UAT Test Reporting process
Alignment with development and Infra
Coordinate with release management on go / no go
Coordinate UAT across various business units as required
Standardize the UAT Test Reporting process
Publish Test Execution KPIs daily, weekly, etc.
Collaborate with IT and SME teams on functional blockers
Sprint/Release Retro and continuous test improvement
