Required Skills: Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Audit, Compliance, or Risk function of a large financial services company, multi-national company, public accounting firm, or with a regulatory agency with strong track record of success and demonstrated progression in complexity of assignments. Desired Skills: Knowledge of our client business processes and front end application systems Advanced degree preferred Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner Individual with desire to learn and teach others, high energy, positive attitude and be a leader through change Excellent project management, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, ability to effectively challenge and influence and strong attention to detail and accuracy Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities; Able to develop and convey a point of view Professionalism, dependability, integrity and trustworthiness combined with a cooperative attitude.
