Key Responsibilities: Project Supply Chain execution Work Closely with internal Sourcing, factory and project teams to align schedules and Priorities Monitor engineering, planning, factory build, and ship dates for priority projects. Establush mechanisms to capture and address gaps to ensure on-time delivery. Implement strategic initiatives to prebuild, store and sequence delivery for top projects. Create sustainable processes and tools to ensure effectiveness. Create tools and reports to monitor and adjust priorities with internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of material for priority projects Act as a customer advocate internally to ensure positive outcomes Must Haves: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field. Minimum 5 years if Supply Chain, Operations, or Manufacturing experience We Value: Project Management or Lean Six Sigma certification Proven track record of establishing procedures, best practices and associated compliance Experience with Oracle MRP systems and production planning Willingness to raise standards each year to drive organizational excellence Ability to make sound and timely judgments in ambiguous environment Extensive leadership experience Experience of managing multiple projects Ability to travel up to 20%

Responsible for purchasing and negotiating materials, equipment, and supplies from vendors. Evaluates vendor quotes and services to determine most desirable suppliers. May require a bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. May report to an executive or a manager. Will be working on expediting parts for critical project execution.
