We have an exciting Full Time opportunity for a Job Title with One of the major Technology consulting firm based out of Charlotte, NC.

Candidates willing to work on Client's W2 are entertained to apply due to the nature of the assignment.

Technical Skills:

  • Actuate ErdPro 10, 11
  • Oracle, SQL Server
  • Good Analytical and Requirement Analysis skills

Responsibilities

Requirement analysis and design

Document the functionalities and features by analyzing existing Actuate Report

Experience in developing Stored Procedures and complex SQLs

Effort estimation to develop/ modify the report

Prepare the design document as per requirement and design walkthrough with client and team members

Develop/modify the report as per requirement and acceptance criteria

  • Developing the Actuate libraries

Creating Users, Roles and Folders for users on the server.

Creating reusable components and published them into Libraries.

Knowledge of Configuration files (.xml) to pass the connection parameters in the report

Deploy the .rox file into management console

Scheduling the reports run on daily basis, weekly and monthly.

Used various features of Actuate like Multiple Input Filters, Single Input Filter, Dynamic Frames and Controls.

Uploaded Reports on iserver with "Page Level Security"

Maintained different Custom Libraries to meet the requirements.

Administered the Actuate Report iServer and Active Portal using Management Console.

Creating Roles and Privileges using Management Console.

Process Skills:

  • Capable of analyzing requirements and develop software as per project defined software process
  • Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)

Behavioral Skills:

  • Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs
  • Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
  • Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction

Qualification:

  • Somebody who has at least 5+ years of work experience in software development.
  • Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
