Title: Sr. Project Manager with Pharma and Infrastructure experience

Location: Remote to start and onsite in Watertown, MA after Covid.

Location Details: could be 100% remote, however candidates should ideally be able to go onsite after Covid for meetings, as needed, maybe 1-2 days a week.

Start: ASAP

Duration: 1 year with extensions

Interview Process: Phone + Video

Plus:

PMP certified

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Project Management Institute (PMI) certification a plus.

ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Effectively manage projects using project management best practices and following required policies.

Fully manager RFP projects through system selection.

Elicit requirements using interviews and workshops, document analysis and business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.

Create and distribute documentation as needed: Functional requirements, Business Requirements, Use Cases and End-to-End testing documents, Data Flow Diagrams

Serve as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the development teams.

Perform system unit and integration testing where necessary.

Ensure appropriate IT processes, procedures, and standards are in place.

Oversee vendor relationships.

Coordinate issue resolution with internal and external technical support providers.

Introduce best practice and process improvement ideas wherever appropriate.

Ensure adherence to FDA computer systems validation compliance and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls.
