JOB DESCRIPTION:

Kforce has a client in San Francisco, CA that is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join their team and focus on building out enterprise tools.
This role can be done 100% remotely if you are open to working PST hours.

It will start out at 6 months but there is long term potential beyond that as well!

Summary:

This person will be designing UX for projects related to enterprise level tools related to Supply Chain systems, Customer Delivery Experience (internal tools that will improve the furniture delivery and b2b experience).

Responsibilities:

* Design the user experience on a range of projects * Build relationships and work strategically with executives, product managers, creative designers, researchers, technologists, and our brands * Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide user experience solutions and user research to meet the business needs

* Create journey maps, wireframes, UI, specifications, audits, heuristic evaluations, taxonomy recommendations, task flows, and prototypes

or higher in User Experience Design, Information Design, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or related field; Strong design basics (preferably from a relevant degree), experience on the information architecture side and experience with interaction design/understanding what makes something useable * 5 years of experience in user experience design, specifically in an enterprise environment and internal tools * Use a deep knowledge of design principles and human behavior to design exceptional frictionalless experiences * Able to deep-dive into complex functionality around order fulfillment, logistics, etc.
* Understanding of the research process or experience working with UX Research or Web Analytics teams with the mindset of going in, understanding the problem, coming up with a hypothesis based on the data/analytics/user research, and then coming up with a solution * Ability to drive the design review cycle and achieve consensus * Someone who will dig deep into the functionality - be more thorough/curious than surface level, this can be showed through the portfolio, did they work on complicated features; Thirst for knowledge * Ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced environment; Someone who can work independently and run their own projects * Experience with tools like Sketch (for design), InVision (for prototyping) * Communication skills and collaborative * Understand what the stakeholders want and the design that they are looking for * Ability to be influential, negotiate the vision Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
