<p>Hybrid--- Mostly remote but may need them to go in to the office when needed.</p> <p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p> <p>The Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide critical support to our Talent Acquisition Recruitment team. This role is critical in executing our recruitment and operational initiatives and will provide outstanding customer service to our customers, internal and external.</p> <p><strong>Your Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>• Conduct in-depth phone screens and assess potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications, and compensation requirements</p> <p>• Manage the candidate experience through seamless execution of the interview process to ensure a superior candidate experience</p> <p>• Maintain up-to-date job descriptions and revise when appropriate</p> <p>• Successfully manage and maintain a dynamic interview schedule to support hiring</p> <p>• Ensure that applicant dispositioning is maintained and accurate for EEO and Affirmative Action Reporting</p> <p>• Working daily in the TA Technology stack to include but not limited to: ATS (Oracle), video interviewing (HireVue) platform and troubleshoot issues as they arise for candidate and interviewing team.</p> <p>• Execute various data and project needs such as running reports (some ad-hoc) from an organize, update and maintain process as well as required HR documentation.</p> <p>• Propose and/or implement ongoing innovations and improvements to recruitment process</p> <p>• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times</p> <p>• Perform other duties as assigned</p> <p><strong>Talents Needed for Success:</strong></p> <p>• Bachelor's degree in related field and a minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience - preferred</p> <p>• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited structure and direct supervision</p> <p>• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and problem solve multiple requests simultaneously</p> <p>• Experience with applicant tracking systems (i.e.: Oracle) preferred</p> <p>• Must be familiar with current laws/legal requirement concerning recruitment and employment, EEO, ADA, labor relations, etc.</p>
