Manager- Release Management
Job Description:
- Responsible for Telecom domain for Wireline and Wireless enterprise release governance including xCIO like VCG, NT, CSG, etc. release alignments, integrated release scheduling, change control management, release exception management, etc.
- Responsible for Release milestones, programs and project alignments, scope freeze, release packaging, environment availability check coordination, data sanity check coordination, Dev commitments, End-to-End test alignments, etc.
- Release integrated status reporting trackers/dashboards management, Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting at project teams, program leads and portfolio leadership levels
- Interpersonal skills, effective collaboration skills, Technical Project Management skills, real time experience in Agile, SAFe and waterfalls delivery models, etc.
- People/Team/Stakeholder management skills, Self-organized, Leadership escalation management and test challenges mitigation skills
