Job Description:
We are seeking a Profisee MDM Architect with a deep understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and the Profisee platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving architecture discussions, interpreting business needs into technical requirements, and communicating effectively with business stakeholders. This is a consultative role, requiring the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize Profisee MDM solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Leading MDM architecture discussions and providing strategic, reliable, and cost-effective solutions.
- Mapping and interpreting complex business needs into technical requirements.
- Developing and implementing Profisee MDM solutions.
- Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data across systems.
- Collaborating with project stakeholders to define data governance and data management strategies.
- Monitoring the performance of MDM systems, identifying issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Training and mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Required Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 4 to 5 years' experience with the Profisee platform is essential.
- Strong knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in architecting, designing, and implementing MDM solutions.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record in a consultative role, with the ability to drive discussions and consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in data modeling, data integration, and database architecture.
- Proficient in SQL and related query languages.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
