Full-time individual needed to be responsible for managing multiple new construction projects in the field from start to finish located in Raleigh, NC.Duties To Include, But Not Limited To The FollowingUnderstanding full scope of work for each projectManage all business aspects of multiple concurrent projects and ensure financial targets are met while maintaining established quality standardsManage all activities associated with production including labor, materials, equipment and servicesManage the work load accurately as related to the contracted scope of workManage Crew Chiefs and field crewsSchedule and manage concrete deliveryPurchases and track quantities of supplied materials to all projectsMaintains a professional relationship with clients and ensures clear and consistent communicationDevelop and maintain updated and accurate schedules & daily reports for each projectDevelops and maintains a fair and professional relationship with subcontractors and vendorsEnsures safe work environment and quality standards are maintainedDesired Skills & ExperienceTo be successful in this role, the Field Manager will possess:5+ years construction project field management experience from a subcontractor’s perspective. Concrete construction management experience is requiredExperienced managing multiple projects at one timeProven track record in the successful management of project cost, schedule, safety and qualitySuperior communication skills. Able to work effectively and develop strong working relationships with vendors and clientsSpanish speaking requiredComputer literate, experienced with Microsoft Office products to include Microsoft Project and construction programs such as Timberline, and PlanSwift.OSHA 10-hour training
