Qualifications:

Degree-BS in Science and or Engineering; a science background is preferred, non-science degree will be considered only if they meet other qualifications. Required experience/skillsets: 3+ years of experience with change control systems (Trackwise is preferred), Able to work in teams and influence others without a reporting relationship, Organized, able to work against timelines; able to effectively manage and drive multiple assignments at once.

Responsibilities:

This role is for a change control process support (3-5 years of experience desirable). The role will include being a Subject Matter Expert for the Global Change Management system, including GMP and non-GMP business processes and tools, in support of the users of this system. The SME will be responsible for working with other change control experts to train change control system users, develop job aids and standard work, collect data and metrics, and provide SME support to customers at multiple levels in the organization. Candidate must also have a strong compliance mindset and be able to identify opportunities to improve the process and support to our customers on a continuous basis. The candidate will be trained on required processes and SOPs, as the process follows a standard work approach. They will also use multiple IT systems to conduct day to day work (e.g. Trackwise and SAP) this person would be part of a core team that is already performing this work routinely. The role will require collaboration across modalities to support customers that are experiencing a high level of change. Effective collaboration within the External Network to ensure that Change Requests are created and moved through the process steps in an efficient way, in accordance with established divisional and local procedures. The position drives successful candidate to proactively assess change control data and identify potential opportunities to maintain and enhance compliance, as well as share that with the appropriate stakeholders to action improvements. Provide customer service support to the External Network functions for questions related to the E2E change control business process and the execution of Change Requests
