The Allocation Supply Administrator is responsible for identifying, tracking, documenting, reporting of supply chain issue impacting Stellantis deliveries for VNI, BU HMI, Segment 5.

Responsibilities
• Co-ordinate and host internal global (NA,EMEA,LATAM) calls 3 to 5 times a week for tracking critical component supply issues.
• Generate meeting minutes with detailed status of each allocation component and highlighting the most critical topics. Assignment and follow up to the regional Customer Center support team, plant logistics and SCM as well as Central SCM Allocation as needed
• Escalation to Segment Management as required for any pending customer impacts.
• Preparation of Component Tracking Matrix (Excel file) for customer reporting (Red Diamond chart) twice weekly
• Review and challenging of daily updated plant detailed critical supply matrix (Salmon files) for accuracy and thoroughness
• Supporting daily detailed tracking calls between Stellantis SCM working level and our Plant logistics, and SCM teams. Incorporate findings back to Allocation meeting minutes.
• Support Customer Center team in tracking with Plant Logistics, Plant SCM and Central SCM Allocation teams for supply data.
• Review internal supply reporting systems, Chipili, MSM tool, PAF files and weekly Q2 supply file from Central SCM for current and emerging supply topics.
• Support internal Allocation calls for critical components, ex: NXP, Renesas, STM, etc… as needed to maintain clear visibility of issues and incorporate the latest status into the various tracking matrices.
• Support internal prep reviews for both Stellantis North America and Stellantis Global management level meetings (twice weekly)
• Review daily e-mails and Teams messaging feedback to incorporate into tracking minutes and action for follow up. • Update a weekly on page summary for Key Account team review with Sr. Management and Customer Executive review weekly

Qualifications
• Technical or Business degree strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in detailed meeting management, Open issues tracking and follow up
• Ability to Network and communicate effectively with internal support channels (Plant Logistics/SCM, Customer Center Account managers, Central Supply Chain and Purchasing)
• Detail driven and persistent in tracking and analytically investigating component tracking or similar issues.
• Ability to get up to speed quickly on new data base or excel based tracking systems to extract, analysis and summarize data for reporting and escalation
