Overview The main objective of the role is to;o Provide onsite assistance and support to SAP Support Customer by responding and resolving incidents raised or providing input and resolution of enhancement requests.o Identify and assess options for the implementation of new or improved business processes and present them, with recommendations, to decision makers at senior management level.o Work closely with the other members of the support community and wider support teams in the Poland and IndiaEssential / Minimum Criteria • Has fluent English language skills and is able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with clients, customers, colleagues and subordinates on a day to day basis.• Possesses a pro-active, can-do attitude and can demonstrate being able to work unsupervised.• Demonstrate credibility by building rapport both internally and with the client.• Able to gain respect, trust and confidence of senior management, partners and clients in all situations• Capable of articulating the precise nature of any given situation appropriately to the target audience whether technical or non-technical• Experience in leading presentations to senior management level both internally and within the client arena• Commands respect for excellence, not only in areas of specific knowledge but also in all aspects of proposing, conducting and leading consultancy assignments and in obtaining acceptance of recommendationsActivities• 1st & 2nd Level user support following ITIL standards • Problem Management• Bug fixing• Preventative maintenance• Solving of service requests• Minor enhancements/change requests• Consulting services• Testing • DeploymentSales: Rebate/Condition contract, areas in Logistic execution, Interface, Idocs, Shipment, query, credit management, Intercompany
