Job Type: 12+Months Contract / Full Time
Job Description:
- Should be an Electrical Engineer
- Experience in aircraft electrical system
- Experience in Aircraft Lab operation
- Experience on communication such as ARINC429, A664, TTP, CAN.
- Knowledge on Aircraft Power Transfer and Power protection system
- Knowledge on Lab Equipment (Oscilloscopes, Digital Multimeters, FPGA, Shorting carts, Breadboards, MicroCab)
- Knowledge on Qualification and Certication Testing
- Knowledge on Flight Control, data loading, Perception
- Knowledge on working of complete aircraft systems
- Hardware knowledge will be added advantage
- Strong analytical, oral and interpersonal skills
- Responsible for Quality System Maintenance.
- NCR closure and approval process.
- Quality Review of the AER report before submittal.
- Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure transfer to Production of new products are in accordance with approved data.
- Review the drawings and update to next revision and release for approval.
- Request for the RFC for the test article conformance and the lab test setup.
- Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
- Perform inspections and prepare the conformity documents.
- Confirm the lab for testing and to maintain all the documents.
- Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints.
- Create and maintain quality documentation, such as quality manuals, quality procedures, etc.
- Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the overall activities of receiving / outgoing quality functions.
