4 Month Contract
SHIFT- 8am – 4:30pm M-F w/ the ability to be flexible based on the needs of our customers.
*Although this position is based in York, this is a 100% traveling position with mileage reimbursement within all locations.
*This is a 100% mobile position and not work from home
*Minimum Education: Associates degree (Other combinations of formal education, training and experience may be considered.)
*Minimum Experience: 3 - 5 years
*Req Course(s)/Training: Computer science, networking, PC maintenance
*As of 1/5/2022 all travelers on site must be fully vaccinated or assignment may be terminated

Under general supervision, maintains integrity of the operating system environment. Performs system software upgrades including planning/scheduling, testing and coordination. Performs server administration setup. Coordinates disk space planning and management. Maintains growth statistics, space forecasts, tape libraries and software and hardware inventories. Performs setup of data backups and recoveries. Monitors and maintains continuity with system software licensing and maintenance agreements. Provides recommendations regarding hardware and system software planning and budgeting.
Project Scope:
Assist in deploying over 7,000 pieces of end user computer equipment at two hospitals and over thirty off site locations in support of WellSpan Health’s migration to a new electronic health care system
Skills:
Candidate should be familiar with:
o Imaging thin clients, laptops and desktops
o Configuring and deploying iOS and Android mobile devices
o Configuring and deploying a wide range of computer equipment including Zebra printers, Zebra bar code scanners, paper scanners, credit card scanners, and monitors
o Following scripts to validate and sign off of installed equipment
o Be familiar with IT ticketing systems
o Ability to follow technical documentation
Preferred experience:
o Large enterprise deployment
o Deploying end user computer equipment in a health care organization
o Ability to working independently or part of a team
o A+ or Network + preferred
