Systems Administrator IV - (Remote position) Apply
<p>Reporting to the Director of Cushions, the Product Manager will be responsible for the following:</p> <ul> <li>Act as subject matter expert for critical information related to Soft Goods category</li> <li>Collaborate with Product Development and Sales to deliver best in class products that increase revenue and market share</li> <li>Oversee and manage current product, competitor, and market information for soft goods category</li> <li>Document product specifications, training materials, and reference documents</li> <li>Partner with Client Services and Sales to resolve warranty claims in a timely manner</li> <li>Develop and conduct product training for staff and Clients as needed.</li> <li>Assist with New Product Introduction (NPI) process</li> <li>Ensure inventory levels for products, parts, and sales tools are properly</li> <li>Collaborate with peers to co-create and issue Product Management Announcements</li> <li>Engage with Marketing to develop content for sales tools.</li> <li>Work with key stakeholders to set long-term vision and strategy for soft goods category</li> <li>Participate in ad hoc performance improvement and strategic projects / initiatives related to category</li> <li>Maintain price lists for existing and custom items</li> <li>Manage pricing and cost negotiations for select vendors</li> <li>Continually gather and analyze data and business intelligence from external sources and internal sources (Sales and Client services) to assist with development of product roadmaps</li> <li>maintained</li> <li>Analyze sales history to identify trends for category</li> <li>Coordinate with Website Team to maintain product data</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional team members to resolve issues and streamline processes</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>the ideal candidate will have the following combination of skills and experience:</p> <p> <ul> <li>B.A./B.S. degree required</li> <li>5+ years product management/purchasing experience required; interior design experience is a plus</li> <li>Excellent verbal, written and formal presentation skills</li> <li>Ability to communicate complex ideas in simple ways to all levels of the organization</li> <li>Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet goals and deadlines</li> <li>Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Team player who can work closely with peers as well as independently</li> <li>Ability to influence stakeholders and decision makers to achieve desired outcome</li> <li>Ability to read and understand technical drawings from factories</li> <li>Ability to work flexible hours to interact with vendors in various time zones</li> <li>Proficiency on the Microsoft Suite of programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li> </ul> </p> <p><iframe allowtransparency="true" id="letznav-iframe-script" src="about:blank" style="width: 1px; height: 1px"></iframe></p>
