Talent Acquisition Manager
Client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager who is interested in working in a fast-paced, growing organization. Reporting to the Director, the Talent Acquisition Manager will provide leadership to a team of recruiters and will play a key role in attracting talent to the organization and facilitating a positive candidate experience. A successful candidate will bring best in class talent acquisition strategies, an innovative approach to addressing market challenges, and ability to collaborate and engage regularly with people across our global organization.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads the talent acquisition function and is responsible for continuous improvement of the function
Manages a team of HR Generalists/Recruiters to include assigning requisitions, monitoring workload, goal setting and professional development
Leads with knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and offers/implements new approaches
Ensures team meets or exceeds metrics consistently and delivers on commitments
Maintains and manages a requisition load
Creates and implements sourcing strategies
Provides support to proposal/capture efforts
Champions diversity and inclusion by delivering a diverse slate of candidates and contributing towards our organizational culture
Manages the annual preparation of Client's affirmative action plan and ensures compliance with federal, state and local laws as they relate to recruitment
QUALIFICATIONS:
7+ years of experience in talent acquisition; government contracting and/or international talent acquisition experience is a plus
3+ years of management experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or a related field
Comprehensive understanding of U.S. employment and labor laws as they relate to recruitment
Strong project management skills
Highly collaborative, innovative and able to work well in a matrixed, hybrid, global environment
Experience with HRIS; Costpoint and Deltek Talent is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills
U.S. work authorization is required
