Description:
• You will effectively source & screen high talent technical professionals in Engineering, Quality, Marketing, and Project Management. You will implement a process for pipelining talent, and provide a first-level technical screening to validate candidate competency.
• You will establish an employee value proposition (EVP) that attracts and helps to retain top talent. You will position Client as an employer of choice by effectively communicating brand attributes, and maintaining regular candidate interaction to drive a positive candidate experience.
• You will establish a deep understanding of the business to help foster creative sourcing pipelines, and leverage this understanding to strengthen networking and screening.
• You will establish yourself as an expert in market supply/demand with our business leaders to fortify the relationship.
• You will participate in building target profiles and establish yourself as a strategic talent partner to the organization’s talent goals.
The successful candidate should have significant experience in the following:
• 5 years of corporate recruiting experience within a large organization, placing candidates across multiple cities.
• A proven ability to proactively source technical and high profile, diverse talent.
• You have excellent communication skills and strong business acumen which enable you to learn new businesses and establish clear requirements.
• You will excel at building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and prospective candidates.
• You will have a proven ability to screen for and determine skill set and aptitude.
Requirements for the role include:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
