Talent Engagement Specialist
PayRate: $14.00/HR
Shift: M-F : 8am-5pm

CorTech is looking to hire a Talent Engagement Specialist in Granbury, TX.


ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Greets clients and manages activity flow in busy reception area • Responds to business phones including directing callers to appropriate staff, responding to voicemail messages left after hours within 24 hours of receipt, scheduling client appointments and reaching out clients who fail to report for appointments. • Manage client information in a specialized database that includes follow-up appointment with 95% accuracy rate and route and close out cases in database within 24 hours. • May perform client outreach duties • Prepare outgoing mail, including shipments as requested, and ensure that mail is sent out each day. Sort and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate department or individual on the same day it is delivered at least 95% of the time • Ensure postage meter has sufficient postage for the week's mail • Assist with copying, scanning projects as needed, sort and distribute fax • Assemble informational materials or packets as requested • Assist with general reports, including data gathering via the computer system, printed reports or other available information • Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Excellent grammar, spelling, and typing skills; Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally; Ability to maintain confidentiality is a must; Must interact one-on-one and in groups with individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds. Education/Certifications, Licenses, Registrations Minimum of a High School Diploma and at least one to two years of clerical experience in an office setting, additional education not required but desirable. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Moderate Travel WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. 80% of the day will be spent sitting or standing while talking on the phone. Interacts one on one and in groups with individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds; availability for occasional out of office meetings, conferences, training and other events may be required.
